Speaker Registration

Two ways to register — with or without CEUs/PDHs • 2026 NC One Water Conference

Thank you for speaking at the 2026 Annual Conference! There are two speaker registration options. If you do not need continuing education credit, use the complimentary speaker registration. If you do need CEUs/PDHs for the technical sessions you attend, register and pay at the posted attendee rate.

Paid — Attendee Rate
Register and pay at the posted attendee rate to earn CEUs/PDHs for all technical sessions you attend. See rates below.
Option 1 — Your Complimentary Speaker Badge

As a speaker, you receive a Speaker Access Badge for the day of your presentation.

Technical sessions & exhibit hall on your presentation day

Catered events (lunch, socials, ceremonies) or technical-session CEUs/PDHs

How to Register (Complimentary)
Before you register: have your session’s track, date & time on hand — you’ll be asked to enter it in the “Speaker” section during registration.
1 Click the green “Register” button on this page.
2 Enter your contact information.
3 Click “Next.”
4 Select the ticket that matches the day you are speaking. Example: speaking Monday only → “2026 AC: Speaker, Monday Only.” Speaking Monday and Tuesday → “2026 AC: Speaker, Full Conference.”
5 Click “Save & Finalize Registration” to complete the process.

To receive continuing education credit for the technical sessions you attend, do not use the complimentary registration. Instead, register on this page and pay at the posted rate below.
Speaker Registration Rate
Speakers keep the early-bird rate for the entire registration window — your price does not increase during the Standard or Late periods.
