Even though the nominated plants may vary widely by plant and staff size, and scope of staff duties, the award committee will make every effort to judge each nominated plant fairly and evenly according to the resources available to them. The involvement of the plant’s staff in achieving outstanding operation and maintenance is of prime concern.
